This Monday night is the last episode of the Hip-Hop Corner! The Hip-Hop Corner started on June 30th, 2009 on WMUC 88.1 fm and, almost eight years to the day, that’s where we will finish. We’ve had some great moments over the years from starting Logic’s career to interviewing Ice Cube to having Raheem Devaughn as a co host for a day and more. Shout out to the whole Hip-Hop Corner crew and anyone who brought love and positivity while kicking it with us. You are appreciated. When I started the Hip-Hop Corner in 2009, I didn’t know where it was going. Looking back, all I can feel is grateful for all the things I’ve done, all the people I’ve met and all the places I’ve been. So, all praise and glory go to God for all our blessings. The true Hip-Hop Corner members know who they are. God bless you and thank you. The haters will just have to keep hating from the sidelines as we move onto the next phase with Pop Culture Revolution. It’s all about progression and we’re going to do it bigger and better. So stay tuned! Thank you. I love you. And, God bless.
